Break Up With Big Tech
November 11 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm CST
- Are you trying to disconnect from tech monopolies? Interested in analog activities or simply being more offline? Or maybe you just want to learn why anyone would want to do any of those things?
- If this sounds like you, join Lindell Library on November 11th for our first Break Up With Big Tech event! Students, staff and faculty are all invited for this active, discussion based workshop where we’ll learn about why more and more people are trying to break up with big tech companies, and how you can start taking some simple steps towards the same goal.
- Join us on the first floor of Lindell from 12-1 PM. Attendees are welcome to bring alone lunches or snacks to eat during the workshop. Cookies (not the tracking kind!) will be provided.
If you need any disability-related accommodation to fully participate in this event, please contact University Events at events@augsburg.edu. Please allow for sufficient time to arrange the accommodation.
