Description:Drawing from the AugSem design principles, the AugSem Purpose is to help first-year students embrace the expectations and benefits of being a member of a learning community at Augsburg University.   How can we best prepare to meet the needs of our incoming students in a challenging and changing environment?  How can we be both proactive and flexible? This session is open to all members of the Augsburg community interested in contributing to idea generation for supporting our incoming class.
