Life Skills: A Group for Healing and Growing

Life Skills is a weekly interactive group that focuses on developing skills for navigating life’s challenges and building a meaningful and fulfilling life.
Mindfulness skills – help ground us in the present moment.
Distress tolerance skills – provide tools to tolerate painful events so we don’t react in unhelpful ways that could make things worse.
Emotion skills – help us understand and work effectively with emotions.
Interpersonal skills – help us communicate our needs and help us build and maintain healthy relationships.
The group will meet on Wednesday afternoons, starting on February 4th, from 4:00 – 5:30 in the CWC.
