AI-Informed Assignment Pilot – CTL Quick-start (SoNS+ HSS)

Audience
SoNS and HSS faculty who are interested in the AI-Informed Assignment Pilot orare considering participating.
Purpose

In this 60-minute session, we will help you begin an “AI-informed assignmentupdate” for one existing assignment so that your AI policy istransparent, students can briefly provide evidence of any AI use (ifallowed), and compliance with that policy is gradable – withoutAI-detectors.
What to bring

• One existing assignment that could benefit from a clear AI policy (Green / Yellow / Red).
• A laptop (recommended).

Outcome
By the end of the hour, you should have a solid draft of your assignment update(policy line, AI Use Disclosure, evidence items, and a small “AI use andverification” grade component) and a clear path to finalize it at the JanuaryFinalize & Submit session or via a short follow-up consult.
