This year’s Christensen Symposium will feature three local chefs: Lachelle Cunningham of Chelle’s Kitchen and Healthy Roots Institute Sean Sherman of Owamni and NATIFS Yia Vang of Union Hmong Kitchen and Vinai These three will share their stories as chefs and community leaders who put their craft, values, cultures, dreams, and responsibilities into practice everyday through their vocation, profession, and daily lives.
