The Black Circle Series has traditionally been a facilitated conversation. This month The Black Circle Series will focus on a traditional meal: Stew Chicken. Being a Caribbean immigrant and holding onto my food and culture has been very difficult when there is an encouragement to assimilate into the dominant culture.
