Study Abroad Info Table – Guatemala study abroad & coffee

Start your day right with a cup of Guatemalan coffee and information about study abroad in Guatemala on Spring Break!  Stop by the table in Christensen Center lobby!

Professor Joseph Towle will be answering your questions about the spring break study abroad program in Guatemala, and the Study Abroad office will be available to answer questions about applications, scholarships, and more.

This study abroad program is open to all Auggies who are sophomores or higher standing. It is a 4-credit program, and students choose ONE of the following courses:

  • CCS 495: Human Rights Voices in Post-Conflict Guatemala, fufills CCS major and minor elective 
  • SPA 495: Human Rights Voices in Post-Conflict Guatemala (must have completed SPA 311 or 312), fulfills SPA major and minor elective
  • POL 459: Topics: Human Rights Voices in Post-Conflict Guatemala, fulfills POL or IR major or minor elective
  • This program also fulfills the Augsburg Experience requirement.
