Augsburg University’s Late Night Breakfast is a popular end-of-semester event for students featuring a free late-night meal, held before finals week at the Christensen Center’s Dining Hall. Past menus have included waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, sushi, and ice cream, and the event may also include a prize drawing for attendees.
