This Diversity and Inclusion Certificate Program IDI Group Profile Session touches on the importance of intercultural competency, the benefits of using a developmental approach to growing one’s intercultural competency, the significance of developing shared meaning in intercultural communication and contexts, a deeper understanding of culture, the Intercultural Development Continuum (IDC), and the present cohort group’s primary way of engaging cultural diversity and intercultural competence development needs.
