The IDI Group Profile Session will touch on the importance of intercultural competency, the benefits of using a developmental approach to growing one’s intercultural competency, the significance of developing shared meaning in intercultural communication and contexts, a deeper understanding of culture, the Intercultural Development Continuum (IDC), and finally the cohort group’s primary way of engaging cultural diversity and their intercultural competence development needs. This session will be facilitated by a Qualified Administrator. (Attendance is by invitation only.)
