Welcome! Join us for one of Hmong Women Together’s biggest events of the year: Hmong New Year! Our event aspires to introduce Augsburg students and the community to the rich traditions of the Hmong New Year. The Hmong New Year holds great value as it is a time for families to come together and seek fortune, prosperity, and good health while embracing hope and positivity for brighter days ahead. By offering traditional drinks, food, and activities, Hmong Women Together strives to create an authentic experience that reflects the spirit of Hmong New Year, enriching the members’ celebration and understanding of this cultural tradition. We will have many exciting performances at our event from Augsburg students, to local professional artists, and a fashion show! Doors will open at 3:30pm. We hope to see you all there!
