Lavender Celebration is a reception and annual graduation ceremony to recognize our LGBTQIA+ and Ally graduating students, along with honoring our students, staff, and faculty.  
We recognize graduating students with a rainbow honor cord, award outstanding individuals for their work and contributions for Queer and Trans students at Augsburg University.  Scholarships are also awarded at this time.
This event is open to all students, staff, and faculty who wish to help us celebrate graduation and LGBTQIA+ advocacy on campus and in the larger Augsburg community. 
We will be recording the reception via Zoom.  In order to meet accessibility guidelines, a link will be created via YouTube.  The digital celebration will be available Mon, April 20th via LGBTQIA+ Student Services Facebook page, A-Mail, and listserv email.
