Monarca Event Series in collaboration with Ubuntu and Silk Road Series presents ” Living in Translation: Documentary & Discussion”
We will be screening the short documentary “Translators” by Rudy Valdez which shows three remarkable first generation children who translate adult  life for their families and the incredible bond they share.
It will be followed by a guided conversation after the film to reflect on immigrant experiences, identities and values.
