DESCRIPTION:Online Resources for Student Mental Health and Wellness Spending time online can be anxiety provoking for students\, but it can also be a potent source of help and guidance. There are many good online resources to help with anxiety\, depression\, and other signs of mental health problems. Online communities for people coping with mental health conditions also exist. This workshop will introduce participants to some useful online resources for students dealing with mental health conditions and the people who support them.
