Auto-graded quizzes are also an effective way to engage students and confirm their understanding of online content. The rest of the hour will address how to create a quiz–specifically–how to create a syllabus quiz and methods for ensuring academic integrity.

DESCRIPTION:Come Zoom with the E-learning Team as they offer two 60-minute sessions each week on how to maximize your use of Moodle and learning technologies as you get ready for classes this Fall. Each session will open with 15-minutes of “pertinent tips & best practices” about important Moodle features/resources. The final 45 minutes will provide training on a specific learning experience or tool.  \nThursday\, 6/25 at 10—Instructor/Student Support & New Integrated VoiceThread: The new modalities mean students (and instructors) will need a lot of technical support. The first 15 minutes will review resources that assist instructors\, as well as those created specifically for students. The rest of the hour will introduce the new VoiceThread LTI integration in Moodle that allows instructors to assess student completion and comprehension of VoiceThread recordings.
