These agencies are able to better understand the qualifications that candidates possess to help match them with an organization/position that’s a good fit for them. For new grads who don’t have internship experience\, working with a staffing agency is a great way to strengthen your resume. In many cases the only way to get hired by larger employers is when you go through a staffing agency.\n\nBy working with a variety of companies\, you can show that you have the portfolio of skills and projects needed to succeed in a full-time position. Even if you have held internships during college\, staffing agencies can help you land that first job out of college.\nThis fair is an opportunity for you to learn how staffing agencies can help YOU!
