DESCRIPTION:Augsburg Local's Local Food Initiative will be presenting their newest locally-sourced\, student-designed creations: the Red Savory Soup and the Big T Special. Come to The Commons try a sample or enjoy one or both for lunch! Over 75% of the ingredients sourced for these recipes come from local food hub\, The Good Acre; the peppers in the Red Savory Soup come from Sin Fronteras Farm.  \nVisit their website or follow them @augsburglocal on Instagram\, to learn more about the Augsburg Local campaign and how they are leveraging Augsburg’s purchasing power as an anchor institution in the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood to support farmers and food vendors with values and practices of social benefit and environmental sustainability.
