SUMMARY:City Issues Forum w/ Mpls City Council President
DESCRIPTION:Join the Sabo Center and the LEAD Fellows program for a forum featuring Minneapolis City Council President Lisa Bender. On Tuesday\, October 26th\,  6pm-7:45pm in Hagfors 150A. We will be focusing on the city questions surrounding public safety and rent stabilization that will show up on the ballot in the municipal elections in November. \nIn this forum\, students will have the opportunity to engage with Council Member Bender through asking questions and sharing stories\, and we will hear from the Council President on the issues our city is facing. \n \nRegister in Auggie Life here. \n  \nThis is a hybrid event\, we will be in-person and live-streaming online. \nLight refreshments will be provided.
