DESCRIPTION:Life Skills is a weekly interactive group that focuses on developing skills for navigating life’s challenges and building a meaningful and fulfilling life.  \nMindfulness skills – help ground us in the present moment.\nDistress tolerance skills – provide tools to tolerate painful events so we don’t react in unhelpful ways that could make things worse.\nEmotion skills – help us understand and work effectively with emotions.\nInterpersonal skills – help us communicate our needs and help us build and maintain healthy relationships.\nThe group will meet on Wednesday afternoons\, starting on February 4th\, from 4:00 – 5:30 in the CWC.\nHosted by: Center for Wellness & Counseling\nAdditional Information can be found at: https://augsburg.campuslabs.com/engage/event/12142327
