DESCRIPTION:Come eat your words at the Lindell Library’s first annual Edible Book Festival! In partnership with Campus Kitchen\, we invite individuals and groups of students\, staff\, and faculty to submit edible creations that evoke their favorite books. Judges Paul Pribbenow\, Karen Kaivola\, and Rebecca Johns will award prizes. \nWe are hosting an open food lab time from 9am-12pm for participants to prepare or assemble their dish. Photography and judging will take place from 12-1\, and feasting on entries will take place from 1-2. \nFor more details and entry\, visit the library website.
