Drawing on a two-year descriptive study of an Elementary Education program\, Terrance Kwame-Ross introduces the Program Ecology of Engagement (PEoE)\, a practitioner-developed framework for examining how candidates become visible and activated across administrative entry\, mentoring\, field experience\, and student teaching.
