The process of applying is invaluable and winning the award is a life-changing experience. The Augsburg URGO office provides support to you in the application process\, even if you’ve already graduated. \nTo be eligible and competitive you need to:\n– Be a U.S. citizen or national\n– Have a 3.0 or higher GPA for serving as an English Teaching Assistant\n– Have a 3.5 or higher to conduct research or attend graduate school abroad\n– Be an active member in the Augsburg community or your home community\n– Have effective skills to adapt to another culture and serve as a cultural ambassador of the U.S. to your host country \nIf you are a junior\, senior\, or recent graduate\, you would start working on your application this summer. The campus deadline is Friday\, September 4\, 2026.
