This blessing is protocol before we transplant any plant medicines into the Earth. Ojibwe elder\, Noodinesiikwe (Hope Flanagan) will be leading us in prayer. We will also have the Little Earth singers offer songs\, and jingle dress dancers offering dances. Anishinaabe people use the jingle dress for the healing medicine that it brings. There will be traditional teachings about plant medicines\, our relationship to the plant beings\, teachings about the drum\, and jingle dress teachings. All are welcomed and encouraged to join us!
