DESCRIPTION:Multicultural Life (MLife) and Center for Learning and Accessible Student Services (CLASS) is collaborating for MLIfe’s Monthly Dialogue Series (MDS). For this month’s MDS\, we will be talking about visible and invisible disabilities. We understand that disabilities is different from person to another\, so we are inviting a student panel to share their experiences by choice. We hope to also share resources from CLASS to students and have them be able to navigate around campus. DESCRIPTION:This workshop provides participants with an introduction to understanding and responding to unconscious bias during interactions\, as well as explores the hidden and pervasive nature of unconscious bias. Additionally\, this workshop allows participants to explore microaggressions across cultures as well as through social identities related to gender\, ethnicity\, language\, sexual orientation\, ability\, age\, and more.
