The main focus of these lunches is for faculty and staff of color at Augsburg University to gather\, break bread\, and connect. There will be no set agenda for the lunches\, other than the expectation for folks to try to get to know each other in the hopes of building a stronger affinity-group community. Also there will be a small amount of time at the end of the lunches set aside for folks to make announcements. Lunch will be provided at every gathering for the entire academic year\, barring major/unforeseen budget issues.
