(LCW) and is geared toward faculty hiring\, although it is also applicable to staff hiring. —————————————————LCW provides 3 core services designed to transform lives and organizations\, and inspire professionals to connect across cultures. \n1) TRAINING & LEARNING – LCW helps organizations build intercultural competence\, foster inclusion\, and allow for improved communication and performance across any array of cultural identities.2) TRANSLATION & LOCALIZATION SERVICES  – LCW provides services that allow organizations to communicate effectively with their multilingual audiences.3) CONSULTING SERVICES – LCW provides services for clients who face unique challenges in their international and intercultural work and need support in creating and implementing solutions that will make them successful.

DESCRIPTION:This workshop has a hybrid\, e-learning group format that provides participants with an introduction to understanding and responding to unconscious bias during workplace interactions and in workplace settings. Relevant to faculty and staff of all levels\, participation in this workshop can positively impact all aspects of Augsburg University. Additionally\, this workshop explores the hidden and pervasive nature of unconscious bias.
