SUMMARY:IDI Group Profile Session - 2020 Spring Cohort
DESCRIPTION:The IDI Group Profile Session will touch on the importance of intercultural competency\, the benefits of using a developmental approach to growing one’s intercultural competency\, the significance of developing shared meaning in intercultural communication and contexts\, a deeper understanding of culture\, the Intercultural Development Continuum (IDC)\, and finally the cohort group’s primary way of engaging cultural diversity and their intercultural competence development needs.
