The effects still ripple in 2021\, with one being a renewed energy and focus to create safe and healthy work environments\, for all. This requires not only enduring conversations about workplace equity\, but also “lifting up the hood” and exploring where employees’ ability to flourish\, connect and contribute without fear of retribution may be hindered.
