SUMMARY:How Do Faculty Meetings Work?
DESCRIPTION:Can anybody ask a question? Why do we use Robert’s Rules of Order (aka parliamentary procedure)? Do I know enough to vote on something? How can I suggest a topic? Is it “safe” for me to state an unpopular opinion? Why should I even go to Faculty Meetings? Are they important? \nMany who are new to Augsburg have a LOT of questions about the purpose and organization of our faculty meetings\, and many who are not new to Augsburg are still trying to figure it out! Please join Andy Aoki (Faculty Senate President) and Bob Groven (Parliamentarian) for a Zoom seminar focused on “How Do Faculty Meetings Work?”.
