SUMMARY:Tech Tune-ups & Tips
DESCRIPTION:Come Zoom with the E-learning Team as they offer two 60-minute sessions each week on how to maximize your use of Moodle and learning technologies as you get ready for classes this Fall. Each session will open with 15-minutes of “pertinent tips & best practices” about important Moodle features/resources. The final 45 minutes will provide training on a specific learning experience or tool.  \nTuesday\, 6/23 at 10–Templates & New Modalities: With all of the changes currently in the works\, now might be a good time to think about reworking your Moodle courses to take advantage of some of the new design features available. The first 15-20 minutes will introduce you to some new Moodle template options including a Grid format. The rest of the hour will offer a deeper dive into the new Live and Online Modalities and provide time for Q&A.

The first 15 minutes will be a tour of these resources. For the remaining 45 minutes\, we’d like to hear from you. What questions/concerns do you have? What additional information do you need as you build your Moodle courses and prepare to teach using Zoom? The team will be on hand to answer questions and direct you to specific resources.
