SUMMARY:Board Transition Retreat
DESCRIPTION:This academic year\, we had the great accomplishment of completing our first year of implementing our first-ever mentorship program at Augsburg. As the work continues\, as current board members\, it is our responsibility to pass on the knowledge so more of us can continue succeeding and overcoming challenges in higher education. Our transition retreat invites outgoing and incoming board members to meet and exchange knowledge and tools to ensure the ongoing success of our Latinx mentorship program. We will provide leadership development and community-building activities and walk you through essential lessons we gained in our first year so that your year is also excellent.\nHosted by: Sembrando Nuestro Futuro Mentorship Program\nAdditional Information can be found at: https://augsburg.campuslabs.com/engage/event/10060847
